$1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity

Only
the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is
paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the name

bring back your original receipt to receive point credit. Members
can request credit for transactions up to 6 months after the
transaction date.
Members can check their account status online
at conleywards.com
Members cannot get points for purchases made
prior to enrollment.
The program is intended for individual use
only. Spouses may not share a membership. Points may not be accumulated
for a business entity. Accounts will be audited monthly and deactivated
if fraud is suspected.
Federal and State tax liabilities are
the responsibility of the cardholder. State laws may prohibit
accumulation of points from alcohol purchases.
Conley Ward’s
is not permitted to add points to a member’s account for
prior visits. Original receipts must be given to a manager for
point issuance on prior visits.
Points have no cash value and
may not be redeemed for cash.
Points are non-transferable or devisable.

already accumulated and the right to certain awards. We will
notify the members of any such changes at the program’s
website, conleywards.com. You should check the rules on the website
from time to time, as they are and will be the authoritative
statement of the rules in effect at any time. Your continued
participation in this program constitutes consent to any such
changes.

Ward’s reserves the right to audit an account
at any time.
Conley Ward’s may terminate any membership
